Group Activities
A person’s sense of general belonging to a society or culture can be attributed to the fact that socialisation is an essential component of a person’s life. It is an experience that can boost your happiness and overall sense of well-being, and it also has the potential to increase your lifespan. Our participants are strongly encouraged to engage in new social interactions, form new friendships, take part in a variety of activities, and pick up a variety of new skills, all while having a good time.
The group and centre activities that we provide at Heart2Hold Foundation are designed to encourage socialising, and we provide our participants the option of engaging in those activities on their own or with the support of a worker. The variety of activities that we offer is limited solely by the participants’ ability to think up new ideas.
Education in Practical Skills: All the things you do to keep your home running smoothly, such buying, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining your personal hygiene, and even
A Better State of Health and Happiness: This includes health & wellbeing education, group fitness activities, yoga
Numeracy and literacy: They include specifically designed programmes to improve participants money management, budgeting, reading and writing skills, and so on.
Recreational Activities: These include things like singing and dancing, as well as going on picnics and making arts and crafts.
Accessibility to the community: Examples include a library, musical compositions, communal activities, public gatherings, retail therapy, cultural attractions, and service clubs.
Computer Literacy: This includes using computers, and resume building
