Life Skills Development Program
People with disabilities can more easily overcome life’s major obstacles if they have the skills necessary for everyday living. We at the Heart2Hold Foundation are confident that we can assist you in the development of your life skills, as well as help you become more independent and boost your self-esteem. You have the option of receiving our services in an individual setting or in a group setting; the decision is left up to you.
Our goal is to make our participant feel as independent as possible, our committed team provides a variety of training and development activities that are aimed at growing your capacity to manage day-to-day life by developing your knowledge, skills, and networks of support. These programmes are offered in order to increase your capacity to handle day-to-day living. In addition, we make an effort to form groups of people with similar ages or areas of interest, and we schedule activities not only during the week but also on the weekends. Over the course of time, we want to accomplish the following goals, each of which will have a beneficial effect on your life:
